Did I Mention That I have a Job?

Yup, I've been happily employed for 3 weeks now and I am excited to hit the one month mark since that means that I'll get a paycheck. Being on a monthly pay-schedule isn't so bad, it's just waiting for the first one that makes it seem like a long time. Anyway, I'm the web content specialist for a company that does all the billing for University of Colorado Hospitals. The people I work with are great and so far I've been busy trying to convince people that they should know the name of their clinic otherwise I'll name it for them, and dealing with mounds of dirty data. I say dirty because I just want it to be all nice and filled out, but of course entries are never complete so I have to go hunt down information. I can't wait to get the software I ordered so I can stop using Microsoft Paint and start using Photoshop. For those of you who aren't as familiar with these programs Paint is akin to an architect trying to build with legos or an artist being limited to crayons.

  1. You dare mock MSPaint?

Congratulations on the job thing though, that's always good news. As the content specialist does that mean you're creating designs and layouts or just maintaining accurate online information? And does this mean you and Scotty won't be able to come to Portugal?

  2. I know I'm going to get tagged for that asian-y post so I'd like to preemptively say, Not It.
