Good ole Charlie Bucket

I feel like I've got the golden ticket. I just bought plane tickets to Fayetteville Arkansas! Of course Hannah, Ryan and the newly minted Oliver live there. I can't wait to see them all. I will be seeing Oliver for the very first time. Oh yeah, Scott is coming too, and we're going to be there for Thanksgiving. I just can't wait! "I've got the golden ticket!"
The weekend was great too. Friday I decided last minute that I wanted to play poker and managed to get about 7 people together to play. I came in second place so I doubled my money. I don't know why beating 5 boys at poker gives me such a thrill. Maybe I should stay away from gambling, I could get addicted.
Saturday I had a great time hanging out with Anna at the riverside park. We just relaxed in the sun and people watched. Then she treated me to Pinkberry. My new favorite treat. It's practically like a drug for me. I could eat it every day. It's basically frozen yogurt that tastes more like yogurt than ice cream. It's not too sweet and they top it with fresh fruit. I like to get blackberries, though the raspberries can be delicious too. Then I called up Paula, a friend from work and we went to see Bourne Ultimatum and grabbed some Philly Cheese steak sandwiches for dinner which were very tasty. I also liked the movie. I still maintain that living in NYC gives you a whole new perspective on movie watching. There are just so many scenes and references that I never got before. Living here has really changed the way I watch movies and TV.
Sunday just involved laundry, not too much excitement. Hope you all had a great weekend!
